Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 24, 2026

By accessing or using the Livara platform, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

1. Nature of Service & Disclaimer

Livara is an investment analytics platform. Livara does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All analytics, recommendations (BUY/PASS/CONDITIONAL), and projections are based on deterministic formulas and are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

2. User Conduct & Termination

You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our proprietary algorithms or data. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, engagement in fraudulent activities, or unauthorized commercial use of our data.

3. Third-Party API Reliance

Livara utilizes third-party data providers to generate its analytics. We do not guarantee the continued availability of these sources. If a third-party provider discontinues access, fundamentally alters their service, or changes pricing, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the platform without liability.

4. Limitation of Liability & Performance

All data is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee accuracy or reliability. In no event shall Livara be liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform. Furthermore, any "BUY," "PASS," or "CONDITIONAL" recommendations do not constitute a guarantee of future profitability or asset appreciation. All real estate investments carry inherent risks, including the total loss of principal.

5. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

You and Livara agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration—not in court. You expressly waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in California.
